Having spent his early life between Asia, East Africa and the Middle East, Henry developed a fascination with the most culturally rich and remote corners of the world.
Over the last decade and a half, he has drawn on this curiosity to build and nurture JORO’s global network of trusted relationships, securing connections with world-leading specialists and access to hidden corners of the globe.
As Co-founder and Managing Director, Henry combines high-level strategic vision with hands-on leadership in the field. He hosts and directs some of JORO’s most ambitious journeys on the ground, with recent operations ranging from orchestrating a tandem yacht charter in Antarctica to hosting a milestone birthday celebration for 70 guests across Europe.
Henry balances creative trip design with an unwavering commitment to responsible travel. In 2020, he co-founded The Conscious Travel Foundation, an organisation dedicated to making travel a force for good. That same belief is central to JORO’s mission: to ensure extraordinary travel leaves a positive impact on the environments and communities we visit – a commitment that was recognised with the Change Maker award at PURE Life Experiences in 2025.
He has always been drawn to wild landscapes, and believes that the most transformative journeys are based on genuine human connection and shared adventure.
