An integral member of the JORO team, George is our Head of Special Projects and combines logistics, creative thinking and a deep understanding of adventure-led travel to deliver some of our most ambitious journeys.
George changed paths from finance into travel after an eight-month journey through Southeast Asia and South America, where he developed an instinct for problem-solving and adaptability that now shapes his approach to planning experiences. He has delivered a 30-person overland expedition through Namibia, a 100-plus guest private celebration in Austria, and complex yacht trips through Canada and Alaska. He also brings extensive knowledge of Norway and safari adventures, with a knack for unearthing the hotels, camps and lodges that make a journey exceptional.
A keen kitesurfer and diver, George is drawn to destinations where adventure and the natural world go hand in hand.
